Howdy partner! We want you to be as happy with your Western wear as a cowboy is with his favorite boots. If something ain’t quite right with your order, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!” Here’s how our returns and exchanges work:

1. The Roundup (What You Need to Know)

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Free of any odors or stains

After careful consideration of our product line, we’ve determined that all our items (Blouses, Dresses, Jeans, Long-Sleeve shirts, and T-Shirts) are eligible for returns or exchanges as long as they meet the above conditions.

2. The Cattle Drive (Return Process)

Follow these steps to return your items:

  1. Contact our posse at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Fill out our Return Request Form (template below)
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship it back to our ranch (address below)

3. The Homestead (Where to Send Returns)

Note: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

4. The Gold Rush (Refund Information)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your money will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

5. The Exchange Corral

Want to exchange for a different size or style? Here’s how:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange
  3. Specify what item you’d like instead
  4. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Note: If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

6. The Wagon Train (International Returns)

For our international cowgirls (except Asia and some remote areas):

  • Same 15-day return policy applies
  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be in USD and may take longer to appear in your account
